- Onetouch: the GSM prepaid service ideal for business people and traders who need to make a lot of calls during the day. Make calls at reduced rates during the day.
- Onetouch Postpaid: the GSM postpaid service for business executives who make lots of calls and yet do not have the time to always recharge their account. Mobile phone services from Onetouch come with many features, such as:
- Call Waiting: This service allows Onetouch users to answer a second call while already engaged in a conversation. The user must activate the service.
- Call me back: It is a free SMS service exclusive to Onetouch Prepaid customers. It enables you to send a 'call me back' message when you run out of credit but still need to get to another Onetouch user.
- Community Chat: an SMS based content which allows leaders of organisations or groups to own chat rooms and post messages, which can be accessed anytime by their members.
- CLIP: Caller Line Identity Presentation allows the you to get to know who is calling (caller's name and number), if the name of the caller is included in your phone book.
- International Roaming: This facility allows customers of Onetouch to use their Onetouch number when they travel abroad.
- IDD: This gives you access to make international calls directly without going through any operator.
- SMS: Short Message Service - this enables the customer to send and receive text messages to and from other mobile phones.
- Voicemail: This service allows callers to leave a message on your phone when you do not answer, when out of coverage area or when the phone is switched off.
- Call Divert: This facility allows you to forward or divert your calls to your voicemail or to another mobile phone or a fixed line.
- Conference Call: This facility enables onetouch users to call up to 5 people and talk to them at the same time for as long as you can.
- Family and Friends: This service allows Onetouch customers to enjoy heavily discounted call charges when they make calls to Onetouch and GT landline numbers registered in their family & friends accounts.
- Info Shop: gives customers access to various forms of headline information as well as entertainment through simple SMS command to Onetouch short code 2000.
- i-share Credit Transfer: a personalised credit transfer service which allows all Onetouch pre-paid customers to transfer credit directly from their accounts to another pre-paid customer.
- Onechat: This is an exciting platform to share info, make new friends, or educate yourself in virtual chat rooms by sending and receiving SMS.
- Onetouch GPRS: This is simpliy internet service on your phone.
- One4All : a GSM service meant for commercial purposes. one can send fax, make calls and send text messages to Onetouch customers and to other local and international networks.
- Voice SMS: a new short-messaging service that uses voice instead of text or pictures. Customers can record and send a 30-second voice message to another Onetouch customer.
- Onetouch Multimedia Messaging Service(MMS): allows Onetouch customers to combine pictures, sound, text etc, in a single message. It creates a world of colours, pictures and sound directly on your mobile phone. To access MMS, you need a GPRS compatible phone.
