Our Flagship training school, Ghana Telecom University College (GTUC), can be located along the Circle-Kumasi (near Caprice) Road. It is almost opposite the Tesano Police Station.
The university college has been in existence since 1945. It was used as a Royal Air Force Training School during the Second World War and was shortly afterwards handed over to Cable and Wireless as a training ground for Telecommunications Technicians serving in British West Africa i.e.Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and the Gambia. It is now a University College and one can acquire university degrees and masters programmes as well.
Today, we run a number of courses here, both full time and part time. Our courses are not only aimed at Ghana Telecom staff but are also open to anyone with suitable qualifications and a wish to train.
