Please find below a sample bill. Whenever you recieve your bill, please check that your name and address are up-to-date, that your phone number is correctly displayed and the billing period is current.  This information can be found in the top left hand corner of your bill.

The top right hand of your bill will indicate how much you owe from the previous billing period, if any.  It will then list your current charges and give you a total figure.

The bottom left hand of your bill gives you a bill summary and shows you your actual telephone meter readings.

Finally, the bottom right of your bill called 'Remarks' will keep you informed of any news or changes at Ghana Telecom.

Billing by E-mail

Ghana Telecom's monthly bills are now available via e-mail. To receive your monthly telephone bills by e-mail, send your name, telephone number or account number and e-mail address to feedback@ghanatel.net. E-billing is prompt and free.
